Workers’ Compensation

At Neuropax Clinic, we help injured workers by “Checking the Nerve.” In the evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries, nerve damage is often overlooked, leaving patients in ongoing pain even after everything else appears “fixed.”

When an injury is significant enough to damage skin, bone, muscle, or ligament, it’s very possible the nerves are affected too. Recognizing and treating that nerve injury can be the turning point in relieving pain and moving recovery forward.

Peripheral nerve conditions are frequently missed or misdiagnosed, especially after trauma. In many cases, it’s not the original injury that’s limiting recovery; it’s unresolved nerve pain that keeps patients from returning to work and normal daily life

With over 40 years of combined experience, Dr. Hagan, Dr. Brown, and the Neuropax team specialize in identifying the true source of pain. Their focus is clear: restore function, alleviate pain, and help injured workers return to work safely and efficiently while minimizing the risk of re-injury and unnecessary time away from work.

Our Workers’ Compensation services include:
  • A dedicated workers’ compensation department to ensure accurate and timely communication between the injured worker, nurse manager and insurance adjuster.
  • Coordination of high-quality care and referrals to lead to better treatment outcomes and less disability.
  • A Worker’s Comp Hotline for immediate access to our office.
  • Evidence-based return-to-work and discharge protocols.
  • A Work Status Report is provided to the patient, the nurse/case manager and the adjuster at the time of  each appointment.
  • Same day appointments are available when necessary.
  • On-site Certified Hand Therapy.
  • Independent Medical Exams (IME), second opinions, medical record review, disability ratings and depositions are our specialties.
